Eligibility Criteria for Adult Autism Waiver

In order to be eligible for this waiver, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Be age 21 or older
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or qualified alien
  • Must be a resident of Pennsylvania at the time of enrollment
  • Must meet certain diagnostic, functional, and financial eligibility criteria
The priority will be given to people who are not already receiving state-funded or state- and federally-funded, home and community-based services.
